Thought of something else. Depending upon whether the world mimicked the game physics or the anime physics, Pokemon height and weight might come into issue. For example, Ash was able to pick up and carry Larvitar in the anime, but in the games, a Larvitar weighs 150 lbs (70 kg). That might cause a few problems.

Well first of all we would all need Pokemon for even the simplest travels it seems.



Not to mention having the most of the Pokemon's abilities that defy our current physics would be of tremendous scientific help.

And for Pichu's example, well guess we'd all have super strength compared to what we are today, heh.

Wintry activitys? Hmm. Kyurem, Articuno, ... Infernape. He could smash the snowmen and then just evaporate them to get rid of the mess. Then Glaceon could make more snow with blizzard. ( I don't get snowy weather and have only experienced snow twice, so I don't know all that well how it would work.)

Well going by the iconic "wintery activities" I would say Glaceon. Not too hard to figure out why at least. But in the end I would probably have to go with a Fire-Type like a couple others here, Ninetales. Soft and easy enough to have around indoors but useful enough to get rid of the ice and snow outside when need be with Heatwave and Flamethrower. No more shoveling and dealing with unplowed roads!

Was thinking Charizard at first for flying but even sitting on a warm Pokemon would still not even out the wind chill...

I'm shocked, Matt. I figured that if you wanted a Fire-type, you'd have gone with Flareon. I really could just see you with a whole team of Eeveeloutions and Eevee like Virgil in the anime.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Eeveelutions, but Flareon and Jolteon for some reason never really caught enough of my attention as the others. I'd prefer Eevee over them most days. Besides, the Ninetales idea has grown on me since the Lucky series and I like the idea of her more than Flareon. Part of the reason might also be because Vaporeon was always my Eeveelution of choice back in Gen I and it's remakes, hehe.

Hell I was tempted just to simply say Eevee even though it doesn't do anything more than an overly smart dog would do, lol. But when it comes to the team of Eeveelutions, while it would be fun to do so (and Zea's OC of herself does just that) I'm too battle minded to do that. I need a greater range of types.
