I've got to say that cut scene in Super Smash Brothers Brawl Adventure Mode where Kirby flies down on Dragoon and goes straight through that cannon, demolishing it completely. Oh, and when Pikachu hit Ridley with a Thunder attack.

Actually, i'd say that whole cutscene with The Brawl heroes flying towards the gunship was epic as heck.

Freelancer. Story mission 7 You get ambushed by a fleet of Rheinlanders. The fleet contains a battleship, three cruisers, some gunboats and a c*** ton of fighters. As all hope looks lost three Outcast fighters arrive and allow the proffessors to escape. You, Juni and the three Outcast ships engage the fleet.

-The snowboarding section in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Almost everything in that game is great, but that's got to be my favourite part in it.
-The multi-Djinn summons in Golden Sun 1 & 2. (Thor, Meteor, Eclipse, Catastrophe and Iris being my favourites)
-The use of physics traps to get orcs stuck in an endless loop and watch them fly all over the stage in Orcs Must Die.
-Building a full automatic and efficient mob farm in Minecraft with multiple ways of killing off the mobs (lava, crush, drown, fall). Also collecting enough stacks of TNT to blow up an entire village or mountain, leaving nothing but a huge gaping crater down to bedrock level.

-Final Boss Battle in Golden Sun 2
-Destiny Draw in Yu-gi-oh Tag Force(s)
-1000% completion in Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin(takes a LOT of time)
-Defeating Dracula(or his incarnates) in any Castlevania game

That amazing feeling you get when you carry an entire team, told them what to do, and helped push all the way to get the last hit on the enemies titan as Hades on Smite.
