The summary and title of episode 49 got out and it reads something like this
Chloe and the mysterious eevee
I guess there are 2 possibilities, one maybe we get to see a new Eeveelution and secondly a Eevee that can transform into different eevee forms and then return back to its normal one...

And I don’t think that the eevee would be able to change to other forms on command because that doesn’t make sense |
