On this day (11/12/2015 ), a Nintendo Direct was aired and showed what is in store for the future of Nintendo. This included new amiibo, release dates for upcoming games, and new DLC.
On this thread though, we will focus on the Pokémon news from this Nintendo Direct. So Discuss, be happy, or complain about the news we did or did not get.
The major Pokémon news announced/shown include -Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon with a free Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon theme included for the 3DS. Arrives on November 20th.
-Pokémon Picross. A free to start Pokémon puzzle game where you use your puzzle solving skills (something I lack) to reveal the picture of a Pokémon. Each Pokémon has a skill to help you complete more and more puzzles. Available early December. Exclusive to the Nintendo Eshop for the 3DS.
-Pokken Tournament for the WiiU. Showing off Shadow Mewtwo. Certain requirements must be made in game to obtain Shadow Mewtwo. But with a limited Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card, Shadow Mewtwo can be unlocked right away. Available Spring 2016
-The original Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow will become available on the 3DS Eshop. Players will be able to trade and battle between games using the 3DS wireless communication feature. R/B/Y for the 3DS will be released on the same day as the original Pokémon gameboy games launch (February 27, 2016).
As for myself, I'm very much looking toward to Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon and that cool looking 3DS theme. And I cannot wait to be able to play those original Pokémon games on the 3DS. I never played those games before, but being Pokémon at its purest form, I know I'm going to love playing it. And I'm not going to sleep on Pokémon Picross. Those puzzle games ca be deceptively enjoyable.
All in all...I can dig it.

I'm actually looking forward to Pokémon Picross. I've played picross before and found to be quite fun.
