So just thinking about all the different orginzations through the pokemon universe.
Some of them have conflicting goals.
That's most apparent with Team Aqua, and Team Magma both wanting the opposite of the other. This leads to conflict between them.
But what if you throw the other teams into play.
Team Plasma trying to seperate pokemon from their trainers. I doubt the other teams would take too kindly to that. And the fight it would take would be great.
Team Galatic, and Team Flare, basically trying to make the world how they feel fit. The other teams would only get in the way.
And I feel the wild card in this one. Team Rocket. Since they are mainly in it for the money and the power, I feel that they'd try to oppose the other teams. Because their goals would be bad for business.
I can see the potential of a few working together at times. But in the long run, for most to accomplish their goals, it would require getting rid of the other groups.
So what are your guys' thoughts on this?

I think Team Galactic and Team Flare would get along quite nicely. They might even make an alliance that could take down all the other criminal organizations. As for everyone else, I would agree. None of them would get along pretty good. It's actually something I'm emphasizing in one of my fics.

And they're only helping each other due to their similar goals. I don't really see the grunts and admins of each group getting along to well. |

I see Team Rocket tricking Team Plasma... since Plasma makes other release their Pokémon... Rocket can come in and take those Pokémon and sell them... with Plasma not knowing.

Team Rocket rules, Team Plasma is not sure, Team Galactic and Flare works together to eliminate the other teams, Team Aqua still thinks about water pokemons and so is Team Magma with their fire types they might work together with Team Plasma to liberate some.

Well here's another aspect. In the Manga Team Rocket seemed much more formidable. And it had multiple gym leaders, and even members of the elite 4, so I feel they could more so do whatever they wanted.
But since.they also had those positions, I feel they would oppose the gen 4, 5, and 6, villains.
Who knows, maybe they'd oppenly oppose them, to make themselves look like heroes, and continue their operations in the shadows.
And if Aqua and Magma managed to work together, the seem to more complete each other. Magma is more thought out and plan driven, while Aqua is more charismatic.
So if they unite, heck even with Rocket too, they'd be quite the power to face.
