All right, so from August 13th to September 17th, people in the US can get a Heracross (X) or a Pinsir (Y) through Mystery Gift in preparation for an event starting Monday at Gamestop where you can download each Pokemon's Mega Stone. Both are Level 50 and they are actually pretty powerful, even though they haven't been EV trained. So, go ahead and get them while you can.

Well, to be fair, didn't some Canadians get the games early before the release and started leaking a bunch of stuff last year?

XD Eh, at least when Canada leaked the final evolutions, those three were able to make up for the fans' misconceptions of them due to their appearances. Even I wasn't immediately fond of Greninja when the leaks occurred, but now he's one of all-time favorites. |
