Have to rewind it.... And the first time I watched SAO is was dubbed on Netflix so I kinda llike it like that

Anyone have a chance to watch the 1st dubbed episode of SAO II? I did. why watch it dubbed when you can watch it subbed, or even better no subs just Japanese Because of personal preferences to the English language? I for one won't be able to understand a foreign language unless there are English subtitles.

To be fair though, that's not so much a preference for English as it is a means to understand the language. If you prefer English, you wouldn't even bother with subs in the first place. Anywho, enough with this bickering. Go find the appropriate thread or whatever to discuss subs and dubs. This is SAO territory.

Have any of you watch the dubbed version? Sinon's voice sounds so mature... I don't know how i feel about it. Or maybe that's just how I hear it. I kind of like it but I expected a different voice for her.

I love Sinon's dub voice! it's Michele Ruff, who voiced Yoko in Gurren Lagann(who coincidentally is also a sniper) she's a perfect choice in my opinion

I kind of like it but I expected a different voice for her. Having read the novels and whatnot I would, at least in English, expect her to have a colder-sounding voice. So perhaps a more mature one fits it, rather than a really prissy one...

Hmm all this is True... I guess the voice does fit Im not saying I don't like it I do! But when I hear the other girls voices it's like damn Sinon sounds so much more mature! I just wasn't sure how I felt about it... Cause I expected a girly voice but not so girly since she is a bit of cold person ya know?
