I'm pretty sure it will. 24 episodes seems too much for two volumes of the LN; the only way it can be possible is if they add a s**t-ton of original material, which could be dangerous. That's the exact reason the rumor has grown intensely Well, it figures. Anyway, still have my fingers crossed!  |

Well, it figures. Anyway, still have my fingers crossed! SAO II will have 24 episodes. It's logical to think it might be 12 and 12 Aincrad Arc was covered in 14 episodes, while the Fairy Dance Arc was covered in 11. I'm not betting my money on that guess. |

I didn't read the LN, but I'm well-informed enough to know what's going to happen. I'll just tell you that I've heard from several people that the GGO arc is the best arc out of all the arcs in the LN, so I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.  Yes along with Mother's Rosario which I've heard is also great I actually like Alicization arc the best. GGO is second to me, with Mother's Rosario as the third best.
Also, I'm assuming that this season of SAO(anime) will include Mother's Rosario, but... GGO was pretty long, so I dunno.

If ALO would've been 14 episodes it wouldn't have been as rushed Ehhhh... To me, ALO was rushed even in the LN. But then again, Kirito himself wasn't wasting a moment's time to save Asuna. It just... it could have been done better xD |

It'd be awesome if it followed that route suggested by someone here (I forgot who): 1) GGO takes up around the first half of the season or so. 2) Mother's Rosario will take up a few episodes of the second half. 3) The Alicization arc will round up the remaining episodes, and SAO II will end in a cliffhanger when Kirito is attacked by Johnny Black. Sounds like too much to ask for from the staff, though... |
