The prize is a banner stating the person who has it as their signature, if they choose, is the 2014 Champion of the Advancer Summer Showdown. They will also choose to have an advantage to next year for one and only one battle. I dont know about a badge. I havent heard a single thing from the admins |

Hey maybe next year we could have a best out of three match instead of falling it on the one battle. Also maybe we could have a loser's bracket or something tpo decide the top three and then maybe have a wildcard match.
Maybe that will make things last longer?

Sure, if we want to make this a thing members look up to participate in every year we will need people to make it fresh and fun and attract members to come and play. BTW when do you think it will be best to make the winter one?The winter one is for the people who lost in this tournament with exception of top 3 and for people who didn't participate because they thought they would get wrecked. |

WOW! People are actually interested in one of my ideas? Didn't know they were any good...I was thinking either the first of December or the winter solstice as the summer one will move to summer Solstice. I will have an awesome prize for the winter 1st and second winners, seeing how the prizes here suck, but only the co-hosts will know. That prize might change to just first place prize. Me and my family have been crashing at a relative's place, but a series of events happened to where we can't stay anymore. We've been homeless since last August cause our Landlord couldn't handle the mice problem. Every time we apply for a place, it is always the background check with our landlord saying we were at fault for the mice, even though the Health Department says it was HIS fault.*sigh* Goes to show someone with a nice landlord is extremely lucky, but what are gonna do? I just hope we don't stay too long at the Salvation Army. All sob stories aside, I'm happy a lot of people are interested in this competition. It's good to know people will have fun in the winter tournament. |

Prometheus937 Could I be CO-host, Seeing how I know the showdown site best know the helpful commands, have many years of experience with battling and have nothing better to do, I should be perfect for the job. I think we could start 1 december but I fear that some people won't be available in the 20 to 31 week cause they want to be with family for the holidays so maybe we can do it a bit early so we can ends things up 2 days before christmas? Dunno if it's the case But usually winter tournaments on other places is filled with people postponing challenges cause of christmas. Also, how are the prizes coming along? If the rats are the landlord's fault and he blames it at you guys and doesn't give you guys a place to live shouldn;t you guys get an attorney up in the case? I'm sure you guys have all rights in favor.

Lets make the event in November because like others have mentioned above lots of us no doubt will be on holidays in Decemeber.
