Which is why I have a Skarmory for Flying.

Also, it gets out via the power of friendship.

Cool.Nice find. In this game they removed most Shiny locks so they are now legit if they are caught in ORAS.

Apparently, he doesn't even need to be in your game. Nor does he need his Mega Stone. I believe Twitch Plays Pokémon wonder traded him away and tossed the Latiosite and they were still able to soar in both cases.
