I can already tell that Godzilla will fight both Mothra and Rodan, but then the three will unite to fight King Ghidorah. They all fall with Mothra dying, but the humans do something such as revitalize Godzilla with more radiation, he comes back up and so does Rodan with Mothra's babies coming to help, kick KG's ass, and it flies off in pain. Maybe with one or two of its heads missing and it barely escapes with its lives. Rodan goes back into hiding and Mothra's dead body is taken away by its babies, and Godzilla roars.
