He feels this applies to all of us on the site here, and in real life as well, and I can't help but agree. This is why you may notice how we ask many of you to do task for the site. It's to help gain certain skills that can be extremely useful, that will even apply in real life. Whenever an admin asks you all to do something, it is because we can see your potential. If we ask you to do something as well, you don't always have to do it. It's okay to say no too, and we understand if you're busy. But this is the main reason we ask those of you who we pm for help with the site. It's because we can see your growth and the greatness in all of you.  We have a bunch of different projects we're working on, and have a goal of getting one thousand members here. There's a principle called the Pareto principle that beast shared with me. He mentioned that 20% of the people are the ones who lead the 80% of the people. This is why we want to increase our numbers and activity, because the faster we grow, the easier it will be to keep up the momentum. Aurareader, you were one of the first people I met here, and you definitely made me feel welcome. You found creative ways to entertain and make people laugh, even if it wouldn't seem funny. You don't care if someone criticizes you or tries to make you feel inferior, and simply develop a way to come on top. You put up a pretty good fight on the Arena thread, and are not one to be messed with recklessly! I kinda laughed at your picture, but not in a bad way, I promise ^_^ Your glasses just look so big on you man! I definitely like the haircut; maybe when I go to the barbers next I'll get it done in that style
