Of course I can! It's one of our kind's greatest abilities and curses. We can heal any physical injury, and sometimes even mental, at the cost of our own health. If the wounds are bad enough, the dark aura user could fall unconscious, bleed spontaneously, or... if they revive a recently fallen, they die as exchange. It takes much skill to handle, and... err... resistant to pain. But it's very fast and effective on the patient. It will harm them though, but only in pain. I mean... if you could have your arm re-bound forcibly and NOT feel anything, that'd be a miracle.
