I've only seen one trailer that featured Red and a Charmander, with Blue(?) as a rival... do you think there'll be any shipping? Mainly Green(Leaf)/Red? Don't tease me like that...

Hopefully? You think they also might continue it such as in Hoenn with Sapphire and others? Well, I'm interested to see how they'll play out Sapphire, then. I'm also itching for a B2W2 anime special as well. That's one special I wouldn't miss. With the way they designed the preview for the games? I'd be in heaven.

Anything to help appease our need for some adult-oriented (and I say it for the entire length) tones in a Pokémon anime!

I just thought of something... if they do make it a series (hint IF)
Do yall think that since Red is getting charmender... Charizard will be the new mascot instead of Pikachu??
Just a thought

I highly doubt it. Charizard is highly respected not only as Ash's strongest Pokémon, but also as a powerful Pokémon in general. However, Pikachu's got a stronger fanbase based on the anime and its likability amongst all kinds of different Pokémon fans.

You know, this does make me wonder what would happen if Clefairy had ended up as Pokemon's mascot instead of Pikachu?

You know, this does make me wonder what would happen if Clefairy had ended up as Pokemon's mascot instead of Pikachu? It probably wouldn't have had the same reaction. Pikachu seemed more unisexual than Clefairy, which appealed more to the little girls than boys.

I mean, sure, Clefairy can learn Meteor Mash, but it's not the best choice for Pokemon's mascot.

Yeah. Pikachu just REALLY screams "gender-neutral". It's adorable for both guys and gals.
