Suggestion, maybe keep Bulldoze and put on Metronome? Or King's Rock? So the bulldoze gets more powerful and still lowers speed, or gives chance to flinch the opponent.

I've already used King's Rock to evolve Slowpoke, and I have no idea where the Metronome is. I think I'm going to try a Dragon type move.

I think Scizor's is behind the Abomasnow in the Frost Cavern. Although I am not completely sure
