I'm going to guess it's Yanchamu because of the whole "Kung-Fu Panda" resemblance people keep going on about but meh.

The yellow lizard's name and info haven't been revealed just yet, and it learns a new attack called BaraboraCharge. It's either Electric or Normal.

The panda is Yanchamu, the Naughty Pokemon. It's a Fighting-type.
