Well, here's info from Serebii:

The first one on the far right is called Gogoat, the Riding Pokemon. It's a Grass-type.

The yellow lizard's name and info haven't been revealed just yet, and it learns a new attack called BaraboraCharge. It's either Electric or Normal.

The bird is called Yayakoma, and it's the Japanese Robin Pokemon. It's Normal/Flying.

The panda is Yanchamu, the Naughty Pokemon. It's a Fighting-type.

Also, the region is called the Karos Region, based off of France, with the main city being Miare City.
