This is a disappointment in the attractiveness category. I know it'll probably be powerful and have cool abilities or something, but he looks so much weaker than his regular form.

Personally, I don't mind him. In fact, I find it kind of cool.

Besides, he may look odd, but he will be extremely powerful. I believe that it fits since generations have changed from the time the original Mewtwo was released and this new form.

Well, Mewtwo is Mewtwo, no matter how you see it. I believe this is how Mewtwo would have been if he was released this year. He now looks more like Mew, in my opinion. Maybe this new form represents that he's no longer a mere badass clone, but a unique Pokémon with his own sense of existence.
