In the cases of certain badges like the Pokéball badge, there are a lot of people who would have earned that in the past. If you don't have one already and you want it, send one of the Admins a PM with a link to your post in the welcome thread and we'll award you with it.

However, don't ask for badges like the Reviewer Badge, Community Service, etc. If an admin or staff member sees fit, they'll award the badge. It is earned and not requested. And if it is requested your chances of earning it are lowered.

They only show up on the full version and if you think you've earned a badge or deserve one, you should be patient. Only admins can award people with badges. The staff are very busy with the affairs of the forum and on top of that many of us have school and work commitments.
